TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of the return of the item.
- The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item (except for VIP customers).
- Once we receive the item, we will refund the amount, excluding the initial shipping costs, if any.
- Items to be returned must be in perfect condition, not having been used, and must contain all the elements (labels, packaging, etc.) included in the original shipment. If this is not the case, the customer may be penalised by up to 100% of the value of the article. The signature boxes are also part of the original product.
- We do not accept returns of underwear and swimwear.
- Returns are not allowed in physical shops.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
- Send us an email.
- Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can take note of your return
- Indicate with the word "Return" the subject of the email. Include the order number and the item to be returned in the message.
- Send your item.
- Send the article to the desired transport agency at the following address:

- The refund will be made upon receipt of the item. The refund will be made within 5 to 7 working days after the procedure. This process may be delayed for reasons beyond our control.
